"To celebrate Mistique Music's 1 year anniversary, label heads Michael & Levan And Stiven Rivic present a new original track called "Invisible Children". It will come with no less than 40+ remixes from well-known Mistique artists and a good deal of new names as well, released in four packages. This first part features the original plus 9 remixes; (almost) all delivered by names new to Mistique.
A warm atmosphere introduces the original mix, and a wealth of various synths, plucks, stabs, and pads are added as the track progresses. In the break the listener is introduced to even more enjoyable pads, sound and vocal effects, and the theme appears shortly after, which plays fantastically well with the beat and bassline.
The opening remix comes from Basil O'Glue (Fektive / Spinnin) from Greece, and a rather trancy beat and bassline mark the beginning of this track. Bright pluck stabs along with sidechained pads are elements that enhance the energy a notch, although the beat is quite energetic itself. A good deal of new sound effects are also added to this track so it never gets tedious to listen to.
Dutch producer Hugo Gerritse's (Tribal Vision / Silk) remix offers a firm and strong beat with a great progressive bassline, and some floating synths in the background catch the listener's interest. A new bell melody begins in the break, and new vocal effects to support the original ones are added as well. The deep atmosphere continues throughout the track on top of the very firm beat.
Airillusions aka Gorm Sorensen (Silk / Vandit) from Denmark gives us the third remix, and a strong beat with clear percussion elements introduce this track while synth elements are added slowly. A good deal of strings also start to play, creating a nice atmosphere with a trancy beat and bassline. The break offers new string melodies while a sample of children (suitably) is added.
From Belarus comes Eryo aka Seahawk (Deepsessions / Mistique) whose remix is built around a beat with great driving percussion lines and a deep bassline. Very fine pad lines as well as cool sound effects are added, and powerful vocal samples make their appearance once in a while as well. The break is quite interesting because of the strong break beat as well as big and energetic pad lines to enhance the atmosphere even more.
The second half of this 10-track package begins with the remix from Tropical Highlight (Panda / Aenaria) from Brazil. Some very deep grooves and cool percussion and sound effects around the track are very catchy elements, and new vocal samples are also good additions. The strong beat continues while a pad underneath retains the atmosphere.
This 'Lost Child' remix from Irish producer Soulfinder (Toes In The Sand / Deepsessions) offers a cool, deep bassline with a frisky beat, and a trancy pluck synth is added on top of the pad lines. A bell/drone-esque synth dominates the break in which more pad lines are added as well, and the beat takes over along with the deep rhythms.
Hungarian producer Soundstorm (Mistique / Silk) delivers a remix which is more techy sounding than the previous remixes. The percussion is rather frisky and tech house inspired, and some cool sound effects as well as other stabs help to keep the rhythm going while the bassline keeps its steady groove underneath.
Fady Ferraye (Particles / Carica) from Lebanon gives us the 8th remix in this package. It begins with a deep beat followed by a heavy, rolling bassline. As the dark pads have established a good, deep atmosphere the bassline returns with full power, and new, interesting notes are used as well. As a result of this, the track gets a mesmerizing touch, also because of the following sidechained pad lines.
Last but not least we have a remix from Argentinian Nicholas Van Orton (Balkan Connection / Carica Deep). The bassline and synths in this remix are quite techy, and the original theme starts to appear in fragments. The percussion lines are almost tribal sounding, and they help to create a cool, techy feeling of this track."

"Congrats with 1 year anniversary and thanks for this big good package! :) I enjoyed practically all versions, especially - remixes by Soundstorm and Tropical Highlight (nice vocal samples added in both), next - remixes by Airillusions and Eryo (great grooving energy in both very beautiful breakdown in Kostya's interpretation), also like sound's quality and some ideas in remixes by Soulfinder and Fady Ferraye & of course the Original rocks too ;) Will support some of versions in my next radioshows! Good luck to Mistique in the second year and all of the following!!!" DJ SlanG
